Create/edit customer forms

In #147 it was proposed and agreed that editing/creating customers would be moved to a separate form, and that edit/create project would use a dropdown for selecting from existing customers

Forms need to be added which allow the user to create and edit customers, accessible through icons in edit/create project which open a dialog (similar to Django admin's system)
